About Lyn

Since I was little, I have always loved animals. I have owned dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, lizards, and fish.

My life changed when I rescued my soul dog, Cooper. We were the best of friends for eight amazing years. Cooper showed me how special the love of a pet could be. He was loyal and made every day that he was in my life better.

When he passed away, I was devastated. I wanted to find a way to honor our bond and spread the love that he showed me. I started Lyn Loves Pets to carry his legacy on and share my love for animals with the world.

In addition to my special bond with Cooper, I have been doing dog-sitting and pet photography for over 5 years. I have volunteered at a wildlife aquarium. In 2020, I started and led a foster program for the pets of our unsheltered community in Missouri before moving to Yakima.
